Platform Fee Structure

Selling Price ≤ ₹299   22%

Selling Price > ₹299   25%

  • The Platform Fee includes Gateway charges/ convenience fee, commission and GST
  • COD: Cash Handling Charges to be borne by the customer only.
  • Shipping cost is borne either by the seller or the buyer, depending on your preference while listing products.
  • Return Shipping cost to be borne by the seller


Payment Terms

Payout Cycle: Payments are released every 5-6 days from order delivery (Prepaid Order) and Max 10 days in case of COD Please refer payment terms - Sellers for more details.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Upload clear product images and detailed descriptions.
  • Maintain quality and authenticity of products.
  • Dispatch orders within the defined TAT (typically within 24-48 hrs).
  • Handle return pickups (if opted by seller).
  • Provide GST invoice along with the shipment


Reyantra Responsibilities

  • Offer technical onboarding and cataloging assistance.
  • Promote your products through performance marketing (Google/Meta Ads), SEO and other.
  • Manage customer acquisition, Shipping assistance and platform maintenance.
  • Provide a real-time seller dashboard to track sales, payments, and inventory.

Onboarding Process

  1. Sign-Up: Visit www.reyantra.com/seller-signup and create your seller account.
  2. Upload Documents: GST, Bank Account Details, PAN, and Address Proof.
  3. Product Listing: Upload products via seller panel or request listing support.
  4. Go Live: Start receiving orders and growing your brand.
