Cancellation & Refund Policy for Reyantra Sellers (Fashion Marketplace)

- Order Cancellations:
- Sellers are not allowed to cancel confirmed orders once they have been processed for shipment. In
exceptional circumstances, sellers may request cancellation by contacting Reyantra Support within 24 hours
of order confirmation.
- Return & Refund Policy:
- Customers have a 48-hour window from the time they receive a product to report any damage, defect, or
misrepresentation.
- Sellers must accept all returned items, including those marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- Claims for Damaged or Fake Products:
- a. If a customer returns a product that the seller finds to be damaged or counterfeit, the seller can file a
claim by opening a ticket through Reyantra’s support system.
- b. After investigation and resolution, Reyantra will reimburse the seller for the Transfer Price (the
original price at which the seller supplied the product), excluding additional platform fees, taxes, courier
charges, promotional fees, or other related costs.
- c. Once the claim is resolved, the Transfer Price refund will be credited to the seller's account; this
amount will not include any other fees or costs.
- Payment Release Policy:
- a. For Prepaid Orders: Payment to sellers will be processed within 3 working days after delivery, provided
no return or claim is raised by the customer within the 48-hour return period.
- b. For COD Orders: Payment to sellers will be processed within 7 working days after delivery, provided no
return or claim is raised by the customer within the 48-hour return period.
- c. In cases where returns are initiated or claims are under investigation, payment will be withheld until
the matter is resolved.
- Refund Conditions:
- a. Sellers are not eligible for refunds on platform fees, including courier fees, promotional charges, or
any other platform-related costs, even in cases of product returns.
- b. All sellers must adhere to the Reyantra Return Policy and accept returned products accordingly.
Shipping Policy for Reyantra Sellers

Reyantra provides sellers with the flexibility to determine who will bear the shipping charges—either the seller or
the customer. This policy outlines the responsibilities and terms for each option.
- Shipping Charge Options: Sellers on Reyantra can select one of the following options regarding shipping charges:
- Seller Bears Shipping Charges:
- If the seller chooses to cover the shipping charges, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the
Transfer Amount (the amount payable to the seller after product delivery).
- The final product price shown to customers at checkout will include this shipping cost without itemizing
it separately.
- Customer Bears Shipping Charges:
- If the seller opts for the customer to cover the shipping charges, the shipping fee will be calculated
and added to the total order price at checkout.
- Customers will see a breakdown of the product price and shipping cost separately before completing their
purchase.
- Reyantra’s platform will calculate the shipping charges based on destination and product weight, and
this amount will be paid by the customer in addition to the product price.
- Return Shipping Policy:
- In the event of a product return, the seller will bear the return shipping charges.
- Reyantra will handle the logistics of return shipping, and the cost of the return will be deducted from the
seller’s account.
- Shipment Process:
- Reyantra’s logistics partners manage the pick-up and delivery of products. Sellers must ensure products are
securely packaged to meet Reyantra’s packaging standards.
- Shipping Disputes and Claims:
- In case of lost or damaged shipments during transit, sellers must raise a ticket with Reyantra’s support
team for investigation and resolution.
- Policy Changes:
- Reyantra reserves the right to update this policy. Sellers will be informed of any changes through email or
platform notifications.
Reyantra’s Packaging Standards for Sellers

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both sellers and customers on Reyantra, all sellers must adhere
to the following packaging standards. Proper packaging helps protect products during shipping and enhances customer
satisfaction.
- Product Protection:
- All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This includes using appropriate
packaging materials like bubble wrap, foam, air cushions, or padded envelopes, depending on the product's
nature and fragility.
- For fragile items, sellers must use additional protective layers such as double-boxing or reinforced
padding.
- Packaging Materials:
- Use only new, durable, and tamper-evident packaging materials. Reusing old or damaged boxes is prohibited.
- Items like apparel (menswear, womenswear, kidswear) should be placed in plastic or poly bags to protect them
from moisture or dirt during shipment.
- Branding:
- Sellers are encouraged to use plain, non-branded packaging unless Reyantra provides branded packaging
options.
- No seller-specific branding or logos should be visible on the outer packaging unless authorized by Reyantra.
- Labeling:
- Every package must be properly labeled with the following details:
- Order number
- Product details
- Customer's name and address
- Seller's name and return address
- The labels must be clearly printed and securely affixed to the package to avoid damage or detachment during
shipping.
- Size and Weight Specifications:
- Ensure that the packaging fits the product size appropriately, without excess voids or bulging, which may
lead to damage during transit.
- The weight and dimensions of the package should comply with courier partner guidelines to avoid surcharges
or delivery issues.
- Sealing the Package:
- All packages must be sealed properly with durable adhesive tape (preferably tamper-evident tape). Fragile
items should have extra sealing for enhanced protection.
- Packages containing liquids or cosmetics should be sealed with care to prevent leakage. Use secure caps,
plastic wrapping, or tamper-proof seals.
- Return Packaging:
- Sellers must ensure that products returned to them come back in their original packaging. If the customer
does not retain the packaging, Reyantra will coordinate with sellers to ensure safe handling.
- Eco-Friendly Options:
- While not mandatory, sellers are encouraged to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials to reduce
environmental impact and appeal to eco-conscious customers.
Terms and Conditions of Use for Reyantra Sellers

Welcome to Reyantra. By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and
Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Reyantra platform as a registered seller.
- Introduction
By creating a seller account on Reyantra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
and Conditions. Reyantra reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary and will inform sellers of changes via
email or platform notifications.
- Seller Obligations
- Accurate Product Information: Sellers must provide complete and accurate information for each listed
product, including descriptions, pricing, and stock levels. Any misleading or false information is grounds
for account suspension.
- Packaging and Shipment Compliance: Sellers must package products securely and in compliance with Reyantra’s
Packaging Standards before handing them over to the logistics partner. This includes using appropriate
materials to prevent damage during transit and properly labeling each package.
- Return Policy Compliance: Sellers are required to accept product returns in accordance with Reyantra’s
48-hour return window for customers. This includes any items marked as Return to Origin (RTO) or returns due
to damage, defect, or discrepancy from the product description.
- Payment Release Policy
- For Prepaid Orders: Payments will be processed within 3 working days after delivery, provided no return or
issue has been raised by the customer within the 48-hour return window.
- For COD Orders: Payments will be processed within 7 working days after delivery, provided no return or issue
has been raised by the customer within the 48-hour return window.
- Hold on Payments: If a return is initiated or a claim is under investigation, payment to the seller will be
withheld until the issue is resolved.
- Payment Method: Payment will only be made to the registered bank account provided by the seller. Reyantra
will not process payments through UPI IDs, third-party accounts, or in cash.
- Shipping Policy
Reyantra offers flexibility for sellers regarding who bears the shipping charges. The options available are:
- Seller Bears Shipping Charges:
- If the seller opts to cover shipping charges, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the
Transfer Amount payable to the seller after delivery.
- Customer Bears Shipping Charges:
- If the seller chooses for the customer to cover shipping charges, this cost will be added to the total
order price at checkout.
- In case of product returns, the seller is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be
deducted from the seller’s account.
- Claims for Damaged or Fake Product Returns
- If a product is returned by the customer and is found by the seller to be damaged or fake, the seller
has the right to raise a claim by opening a ticket through Reyantra’s support system.
- Upon investigation, Reyantra will reimburse the seller with the Transfer Price (the original price the
seller provided for the product) but will exclude platform fees, taxes, courier charges, promotional
fees, or other associated costs.
- The Transfer Price refund will be credited to the seller's account upon resolution and will not cover
any additional fees related to Reyantra.
- Platform Fees and Deductions
- Platform Fees: Reyantra shall apply the platform fee against the selling price as described under
platform fee rates, along with other charges, including but not limited to courier fees, promotional
charges, and tax obligations, which will be deducted before payment is issued to the seller.
- No Refunds for Platform Fees: Sellers are not eligible for refunds on platform fees, regardless of
product returns.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising between Reyantra and sellers will be subject to the jurisdiction of Raigarh,
Chhattisgarh. Reyantra will make efforts to mediate and resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
- Limitation of Liability
- Reyantra is not liable for any losses incurred by sellers due to order cancellations, customer returns,
or issues arising from inaccurate product listings or fraudulent transactions. Sellers are responsible
for ensuring compliance with all Reyantra policies and guidelines.
- Termination of Account
- Reyantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account without prior notice for
violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or any actions that compromise the integrity of the
platform.
