Cancellation & Refund Policy for Reyantra Sellers (Fashion Marketplace)

1. Cancellation of Orders:
a. Sellers are not allowed to cancel confirmed orders once processed for shipment. In exceptional cases, sellers may contact Reyantra support within 24 hours of order confirmation to request cancellation.
2. Return & Refund Policy:
a. Customers have a 2-day return window after receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or not as described.
b. Sellers are required to accept all returned products, including those marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
3. Claims for Damaged or Fake Products:
a. In the event that a product is returned by a customer as damaged or fake, sellers have the right to raise a claim by opening a ticket within Reyantra’s support system.
b. Upon investigation and resolution, Reyantra will credit the seller the Transfer Price (the price at which the seller transferred the product) and not the full selling price, which includes platform fees, taxes, courier charges, or promotional costs and others.
c. The transfer price refund will be credited to the seller's account once the issue is resolved, and will not cover any additional fees added by Reyantra.
4. Payment Release Policy:
a. Payments to sellers will be processed within 3 working days after delivery, provided no return or issue is raised by the customer within the 2-day return window.
b. In cases where returns are processed or claims are under investigation, payment will be withheld until the matter is resolved.
5. Refund Conditions:
a. Sellers are not entitled to refunds of platform fees that include courier charges, promotional fees or others under any circumstances, including product returns.
b. All sellers must accept the return of products according to the Reyantra Return Policy.
Shipping Policy for Reyantra Sellers

1. Shipping Responsibility:
a. Reyantra manages all shipping and logistics on behalf of sellers. Sellers are not required to bear any courier charges.
2. Shipment Process:
a. Once an order is confirmed, Reyantra’s logistics partners will handle the pick-up and delivery of products to customers.
b. Sellers must ensure that products are packed securely and meet Reyantra’s packaging standards before handover to the courier partner.
3. Courier Charges:
a. Courier charges will be borne by Reyantra, and these charges, along with other platform fees, promotional costs, taxes and others will be factored into the final listing price.
4. Return Shipping:
a. In the event of returns (including RTO), sellers are required to take back the returned product. However, return courier costs will be handled by Reyantra.
Reyantra’s Packaging Standards for Sellers

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both sellers and customers on Reyantra, all sellers must adhere to the following packaging standards. Proper packaging helps protect products during shipping and enhances customer satisfaction.
1. Product Protection:
a. All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This includes using appropriate packaging materials like bubble wrap, foam, air cushions, or padded envelopes, depending on the product's nature and fragility.
b. For fragile items, sellers must use additional protective layers such as double-boxing or reinforced padding.
2. Packaging Materials:
a. Use only new, durable, and tamper-evident packaging materials. Reusing old or damaged boxes is prohibited.
b. Items like apparel (menswear, womenswear, kidswear) should be placed in plastic or poly bags to protect them from moisture or dirt during shipment.
3. Branding:
a. Sellers are encouraged to use plain, non-branded packaging unless Reyantra provides branded packaging options.
b. No seller-specific branding or logos should be visible on the outer packaging unless authorized by Reyantra.
4. Labeling:
a. Every package must be properly labeled with the following details:
b. Order number
c. Product details
d. Customer's name and address
e. Seller's name and return address
f. The labels must be clearly printed and securely affixed to the package to avoid damage or detachment during shipping.
5. Size and Weight Specifications:
a. Ensure that the packaging fits the product size appropriately, without excess voids or bulging, which may lead to damage during transit.
b. The weight and dimensions of the package should comply with courier partner guidelines to avoid surcharges or delivery issues.
6. Sealing the Package:
a. All packages must be sealed properly with durable adhesive tape (preferably tamper-evident tape). Fragile items should have extra sealing for enhanced protection.
b. Packages containing liquids or cosmetics should be sealed with care to prevent leakage. Use secure caps, plastic wrapping, or tamper-proof seals.
7. Return Packaging:
a. Sellers must ensure that products returned to them come back in their original packaging. If the customer does not retain the packaging, Reyantra will coordinate with sellers to ensure safe handling.
8. Eco-Friendly Options:
a. While not mandatory, sellers are encouraged to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials to reduce environmental impact and appeal to eco-conscious customers.
Terms and Conditions of Use for Reyantra Sellers

1. Introduction:
a. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Reyantra platform as a registered seller. By registering as a seller on Reyantra, you agree to these terms.
2. Seller Obligations:
a. Sellers must provide accurate product information, including pricing, descriptions, and stock levels.
b. Sellers must pack and hand over products in compliance with Reyantra’s packaging and shipment guidelines.
c. Sellers must accept returns when customers initiate a valid return within the 2-day return policy.
3. Payment Terms:
a. Payments to sellers will be processed 3 working days after successful delivery of products, provided no return is initiated within the 2-day period.
b. Payment will only be made to the registered bank account provided by the seller. Reyantra will not process payments to UPI IDs, third-party accounts, or in cash.
4. Platform Fees:
a. Reyantra will apply a platform fee that includes various charges, such as courier fees, promotional charges, offers, taxes, and other service costs, which will be reflected in the final selling price listed on the platform.
5. Dispute Resolution:
a. Any disputes between Reyantra and sellers will be subject to the jurisdiction of Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
6. Limitation of Liability:
a. Reyantra is not liable for any losses incurred by sellers due to returns, order cancellations, or issues arising from incorrect or fraudulent transactions. Sellers are advised to comply with all guidelines for product listings and payments.
7. Termination:
a. Reyantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity without prior notice.
8. Amendments:
a. Reyantra reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Sellers will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications.
