1. Shipping Destinations:

  • We deliver across India to all major cities and towns. However, delivery to remote areas may be subject to availability.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping: Orders above INR 500 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: Actual rate shall apply to orders below the free shipping threshold of Rs 500. calculated while making payment.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional actual charge for faster delivery.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days for metro cities, and 8-12 business days for other locations.
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days for metro cities, and 4-6 business days for other locations.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

4. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order using the provided link or on our website under the "Track My Order" section.

6. Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pick up, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Certain products (e.g., hazardous materials, and oversized items) may have specific shipping restrictions. Such restrictions will be mentioned on the product page.

9. Multiple Shipments:

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

10. Shipping Partner:

  • We partner with reliable courier services such as "ECom Express Limited" to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

11. Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the final attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to reschedule the delivery or process a refund.

  • We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be mentioned at the top of the policy.
