At Reyantra, we strive to ensure that buyers receive their orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to buyers, including the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
1. Shipping Charges:
a. For Online Payment Orders:
i. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the product and displayed at checkout.
ii. Any promotions or discounts on shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
b. For COD Orders:
i. COD orders may incur additional shipping or handling fees, which will be disclosed to the buyer during checkout.
ii. The total amount to be paid at delivery will include the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges (if any).
2. Delivery Timeframe:
a. Orders will be delivered within the estimated delivery period displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and shipping partner schedules.
b. For COD Orders, delivery may take slightly longer due to additional verification processes before dispatch.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
a. COD Payment at Delivery:
i. Buyers must have the exact amount in cash ready at the time of delivery. Courier partners may not be able to provide change.
ii. Failure to pay at the time of delivery will result in the order being marked as undelivered, and the package will be returned to the seller.
iii. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in Reyantra restricting or removing the COD option for future orders.
b. Verification of COD Orders:
i. Reyantra reserves the right to contact buyers to confirm COD orders before dispatch. If the buyer is not reachable for confirmation, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
4. Order Tracking:
a. Once the order is shipped, buyers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
b. Buyers can also track their orders directly by using the Track Order option available on the Reyantra website. Simply enter the tracking number or order details to view real-time updates on your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts:
a. The courier service will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the order.
b. For COD Orders, if the buyer is unavailable or unable to pay at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to redeliver. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to the seller.
6. Product Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, buyers should refuse the delivery and report the issue to Reyantra customer support.
7. Return Shipping Charges:
a. For Online Payment Orders:
i. If a buyer initiates a return, Reyantra will cover the cost of return shipping if the reason for return is valid (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
ii. The refund will be processed as per Reyantra’s Return Policy after the product is received and inspected.
b. For COD Orders:
i. In the event of a return, the seller will bear the cost of return shipping. Reyantra will arrange for the product to be picked up.
ii. The buyer must provide bank account details for the refund since COD refunds cannot be processed in cash.
8. Shipping Delays and Disputes:
a. Reyantra will make every effort to deliver orders within the promised timeframe. In the event of delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters), Reyantra will notify buyers of the revised delivery schedule.
b. In case of any disputes or lost shipments, buyers can contact Reyantra customer support, and we will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
